Shipping and Handling

How will you ship my order?

For orders that weigh more than one pound, we ship by Fedex Ground service. These orders

are trackable from the time they leave our facility to the time they are delivered to you. We will

email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when your order is shipped. Orders

of less than a pound are delivered by USPS and shipment tracking is available by calling our

customer service line at (254) 239-1641.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

East Coast shipments general take 2-4 business days, shipments to the Midwest generally take

1-3 business days, and shipments to the West Coast generally take 5-7 business days in transit.

Expedited shipping is available. Please contact a customer service representative with your

requirements and we will get you a quote.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Your shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package. Please see the chart at the

right for a guide to our shipping rates. Please note that these rates only apply to shipping

addresses within the contiguous United States which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Can I have my order ship to a different address from my billing address?

Certainly! If you are placing your order online just indicate your shipping address in the

appropriate fields at checkout.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we ship anywhere on the planet! For orders outside the U.S., shipping fees are dependent

on the shipping address and the weight of the package. Exact shipping fees will not be known

until the order is processed, weighed and ready to ship. The shipping fees will be charged

separately after your order has shipped and we have the exact cost.

Can you ship to PO Boxes? What about APO and FPO addresses?

We can ship to PO Boxes, and we can ship to APO and FPO addresses. Charges for APO and

FPO shipments will follow our normal shipping rates listed on the right. However, all orders

going to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS and are not trackable.

What is your returns policy?

We guarantee fit, guarantee quality & guarantee that your order will be shipped to standard.

What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon within 30 days of

delivery for a full refund.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and

process your return.
